| REVIEW | My favorite album from Tim McGraw Tim McGraw's 1999 album A PLACE IN THE SUN is my favorite album from the country superstar. The songs really resound with me, and I think it's very well done and put together. "Please Remember Me" is a chilling ballad he makes his own, Patty Loveless sounds great on background vocals. In fact, the ballads are really the strongest point of the album. Songs like "Somebody Must Be Prayin For Me", "You Don't Love Me Anymore", "Some Things Never Change", "Eyes of a Woman" and the title track take listeners through various emotions of a man. The uptempos are fun such as "My Next Thirty Years", "Something Like That", "Seventeen" and more. Overall a great album from Tim McGraw! |
