GOOD COMPILATION This album is a gem and true to it's title of Pop Classics. Some of the songs are quite hard to find and even the songs here are almost thirty years old they still sound great and gives me a retro feeling. I personally like Andy Kim's Rock Me Gently (which is morepopularly heard in the Jeep commercial) as well as Rhinestone Cowboy, Honey, Magic and many more. The only problem with this CD, probably because of the technology in which the songs are recorded back then (analog), the songs are not as "clear" and as loud compared to albums released today. But it's Ok, it's like going back to those years where these songs are very popular then.

REVIEW
ABBA Reviewed Again This is the second ABBA music review disc to be offered on Amazon. The first "Music In Review- ABBA 1973-1982" contained a review on each of ABBA's 8 albums. This disc "Worlds Greatest Albums: The Gold Singles is just a review of the individual songs on ABBA Gold.
The presenter on this program is Graham Mctavish and the reviewers are: Collin Irwin, Chris Roberts, Pip Williams and Les Davidson. This disc is similar to the "Music in Review" disc however the quality of the clips that they use are much better. However when they do present a clip, it is in a small box in the center of the screen with logos all around it. You don't get to enjoy the clips much. They pull footage from 'ABBA Special Japan 1978, Midnight Special, Starparade 1978 Germany, Don Kirshners Rock Concert 1975 ect.
The critics on this disc are much harsher than the previous release, for example one of them hates 'Mamma Mia' and 'I Have A Dream' and all of them despise 'Does Your Mother Know', so unlike the first disc this isn't all pro-ABBA but a much more balanced review. Some fans when buying discs like these are not interested in 'balanced' reviews, they of course want to hear nothing but praise for their heroes, so if you are one of these stay away from this disc or you'll find yourself yelling at the TV set! My 2 star rating comes from the fact that nothing new is revealed here that most ABBA fans don't already know, and the presentation would be better if you saw the whole clip on full screen, not in a small box. Also the songs are not complete, you will only hear a portion of them and the reviewers will come on and tell you what they think of them. This disc also contains only an image gallery, with pictures that we have all seen before, nothing new or special. Other than that no special features, no book. (The other disc "Music in Review" contains a book.)
Final thought, the clips-shrunk down and incomplete- the reviews- debatable. Nothing new, nothing we haven't seen before.
