fun I bought this for my daughter who's 5.
Finally a game that's not too hard for her. The first couple of boards are actually a lot of fun and very easy to get through.
She usually looses interest when they get too hard. If you have a little one. This is the game to keep their interest going, and make them want to go on to the next level.

OKAY a real review I am admittedly a casual gamer. Meaning I like games that are fun and you don't get stuck on. Games that you can play again and again and feel like you just had a blast. It does not need to be and rearely is a game that you have to play for hours on end to get real enjoyment out of it. With that knowlege, as a casual gamer, this game stinks. Sorry, but it does. I like puzzle games. Intelligence cube on the psone, tetris, bust a move, and most recently polarium have all been my favorites and extremely addicting gems. PQ is not. It is hard as all get out, and you will get stuck for days on one puzzle. A better thinking puzzle game is smart bomb on the psp. THis is hard but it is hard because you have time limits. It is not hard because it is impossble to figure out like PQ. But if you enjoy spending your years figuring out impossible puzzles, this is for you. Hope this helps.

REVIEW
Great introduction to Platforming! I bought this game for my 5 year old daughter whom after learning how to use the control pad of her gameboy advance while pressing buttons thanks to My little Pony: Runaway Rainboy, was ready to learn how to do basic platforming. This game is perfect for this. The premise is that you have to find the puppy hidden at the end of each level -and- collect crystals along the way to unlock certain things in your hub playroom. There is no penalty for not jumping over things - your character will just bounce back off of the item, yet in order to reach the end of levels you have to master button-control pad timing (As opposed to just learning it via the other game). The A (or B) button is used in the various minigames and this teaches her how to better coordinate both control pad movements and button presses, as there is a time limit to some of the mini games that are required for your child to pass before moving to the next level. I did notice that for some of the mini games, the game is smart enough to adapt and change the difficulty level if he or shecan not finish in time 2 or three times. For me this is the right balance of challenge for a 5-6 year old.
The graphics are nice, colorful, and clear. Perfect for a kid and your child can choose to be a girl or a boy (out of maybe 30 possibilities) each with his or her unique name.
If your child is new to gaming, please be aware that he or she will get frustrated with this game. My daughter cried a couple of times trying to get through a couple of hard spots. I was able to show her how to overcome the obstacles but made her do it on her own in order for her skill toimprove. This is game can be used to bond with your child. We also make her read the text by sounding out the words as she is in Pre-K and is learning to read. The text in this game is large and easily readable by younger children (no big words).
My daughter was able to get to the 5th level of the game all by herself, start to finish, reading all the text to me. The look on her face while playing is worth 5 times the $[...] I paid for this game. Thanks to the developers for a very well thought out game. Beware though, the game is a bit short in length.
Coraline will let you take on the role of the adventurous heroine and interact with the wondrous characters from the movie while navigating the scheming Other Mother's web of deceit in a fantastical adventure through two distinct and interactive worlds. You can explore and interact with such immersive 3-D environments from the movie as the Pink Palace, its nooks and crannies and apartments, and the unpredictable Other World. You will engage in unique mini-games and adventures with Coraline's friends Wybie and Cat as they collect items that will unlock the mysteries of the Other World.
Flushed Away is the only Video game that lets players go beyond the adventures of the film! Take the wheel of the Jammy Dodger with Roddy & Rita, as they find their way through a dangerous underground city. Struggle against the villainous Toad and his evil plans in more than 10 levels and 3 exciting mini-games. Players will use a rat trap catapult, a dashing cocktail sword, pudding mix, and other items found in the sewer as they defeat enemies and dodge floating debris.
REVIEW
No direction! If you're considering buy this game for a young child (my son is 6), FORGET IT! There is not a lot of visual direction to let you know where you're supposed to go. The first mission is with Roddy and is VERY difficult to complete (took a few days). I had to figure out on my own where I was supposed to go. The second mission is with Rita. I am in the middle of her mission and can not see where/how to complete this room (the room with the gears)- no one in our house can figure it out. This game takes place in the sewer and is VERY dark, sometimes impossible to see - GIVE ME A BREAK! It's very easy for the characters to get 'caught' or die. Too bad because without these major flaws, the game would be very fun. Having to figure out where to go in very dark places without direction ruins the game. Our son lovesthe movie but is not interested in playing the game. BUMMER!
