Wii Sing It microphone suggestion Wii Sing It comes with one microphone, but several game options are for duet. Since we have 3 children, I wanted to have 2 microphones, but was concerned when I read reviews stating that many available mics did not work with this game. I highly recommend the Logitech Vantage USB mic. It costs more, but we've had no problems at all. We simply plugged it in on Christmas morning and the kids have been duet dueling for days now!

Fun for you and your child This game is done well enough that even as a 40 year old fatherof a 5 year old girl, I don't mind playing along as the 2nd player (although there are no "boy" characters). That's actually one of the nice things about this game is that it integrates 2 players actively into the mix. Unfortunately, a lot of the movie or theme games seem primarily focused on 1 player action. The gameplay is simple enough my daughter can play on her own (really, it's the first game she could handle on her own), but there is enough to it that I don't mind playing along with her as well. Just display some patience with your child and enjoy playing along. Very smartly, player 2 can exit the game at any time (to make dinner, answer the phone, pick up your 2 yr old, etc.) and your child can keep right on playing as Player 1 without having to start over. If you have 2 kids (particularly, girls), it seems like a good choice for that as well... although I believe only Player 1 gets to choose her dress, hair, etc.

Fun for Disney Lovers of all Ages As big Disney fans we knew this was a must play game. We had a great time as a family playing this game. Important note for the Wii-your nunchuk can be used as an individual controller when connected to a wii-mote allowing all four of us to play despite the fact we only own three wii-motes. A family of 4 with two wiimotes and nunchuks could then still all play. I thought this was a great feature. The 8 yr old found the game amusing enough to play alone against the computer players. You choose how well you know Disney allowing a more customized game. We found the questions to be pretty easy which made being fast an important part of gameplay. Think of this as a faster paced Disney Scene It game.

Great for a teenage girl I got this for my 14-year-old sister for her birthday. She's a huge Disney fan. This was a great game for her. It has a variety of songs from all the shows and stars from Disney Channel. She also wants to be a singer. This will help with her because the game tells you how well you're singing the song. A great game with hours of fun. I even enjoy playing the game with her.

Fun, but limited Fun game but limited number of songs. Also, it doesn't track tone of voice very well. In fact, if you don't sing at all it still racks up lots of points. If you change your tone as you're singing the tone tracker on the screen doesn't move at all. Despite this, it does work and if you have a girl that loves Hannah and Myley this is a pretty goodoption. She will love it at least for a while.

Tinkerbell for the DS should warn about DGamer chat rooms I feel that the chat rooms that come with this title are not appropriate for the target age group. This is a very nice game for a 6-10 year old girl. It can keep them occupied for hours. What I don't understand is why the chat rooms are available on this title. True, a user can not input their own text if they are not registered, but they can get into the chat rooms and view the text that others input. I think that it is a major flaw with this title, and something that parents should be aware of. I think that Nintendo Wi-fi for games like Mario Kart is great fun and completely harmless, but I think the chat rooms should not be included on titles for young kids, or at least should not allow text entry by any users, whether they are registered or not. They should include text entry only on titles directed to older users.
