Editorial ReviewReady for Vegas, baby? If you aren't able to catch the next flight, consider Vegas Games 2000 instead. With seven classic casino games, you can gamble away the night without emptying your bank account. Multiple players (up to four) can choose from poker (five- and seven-card stud, five-card draw, jacks or better, Texas hold 'em), blackjack (one, two, or four decks), baccarat, craps, and roulette. Single players have two additional choices: slot machines and video poker (double down, jacks or better, jokers wild, 10s or better, deuces wild). Watch out for your computer poker opponents--they love to bluff. Fortunately, your computer opponents will occasionally make mistakes.
Vegas Games 2000 does not allow you to walk the floor, so you'll miss out on the unique Las Vegas atmosphere. Nonetheless, the menus are easy to read with colorful logos and images, and the games load quickly. The soundtrack to the game consists of an ongoing loop of gamblers celebrating, sighs from the agony of defeat, coins dropping, and levers being pulled, which can get repetitious. Suggestion: turn off the game audio and crank up some Frank Sinatra.--Kasty Thomas
Pros:
Good variety of games
Extremely helpful manual
Supports multiple players, good for group fun
Cons:
Soundtrack becomes repetitious

Hi shannel/everyone This game sucks This game sucks.Do not buy this game.Does Megan think i'm a freak? This is the worst game I have ever played. Why is Ms.Allred so boreing?I leave you with this,it may look like a good game,Saten takes many forms.Good Bye shannel/everyone.
Close but no cigar I have always been a HOMM fan.Ever since I played the first one I have been a die hard fan. 1 through 3 were amazing. I was really looking forward to playing the 4th. When I got it I almost cried with dissapointment. The graphics make everything look too cartoonish and the way the creatures move is nothing short of atrocious. The scenarios are fun but nothing really new. The new spell system is unbelievably retarded. The Campaigns were different somewhat but not noteworthy. I'm afraid that these games will turn out like 3do's HOMM Rpgs, those who have played them know what I mean. I rated it with 3 stars because despite its major flaws and lack of interesting and new developments, it is still a Heros of Might and Magic game. It still has the fantasy creatures that I love and the spells. I will not say DONT BUY IT! because some people may find this game an improvement where as I see it as a waste of money. If you're new to the series, I highly recommend the 2 or third and maybe even the first. These are very addictive and remarkably enjoyable.

Flat out, the Babe Ruth of Baseball games. If you love baseball, this is the game for you. IT IS ACCTUALLY HARD TO HIT HOMERUNS. It is possible that I won't even hit 70 homers. I will play a whole season game by game and the stats at the end of the season will be darn close to reallity. My batting averages are alittle high, but, you can acctually make game play adjustments. I am most impressed with the fact sometimes you can't throw a strike even when you try to groove one down the pipe. My favorite part is when batting you can guess a pitch and sit on it, just like a big leaguer. If you fall behind in the count it really does make it harder to get a hit. No more batting .500 like in the other games out there. I have been buying High Heat games since the first one, because I knew they were on to something. This game is the something. IT IS TOTALLY AWESOME.
Amazon.com In Jonny Moseley: Mad Trix, up-and-coming free skiers compete for medals in events similar to the X Games or Gravity Games. As they gain more recognition, opportunities open up for sponsors, magazine covers, and even movies. Medals are cool, but covers and movies are the ultimate score. Kick enough butt in the slope-style competitions and you'll be invited to star in the next ski movie, unlocking Big Mountain mode. Next thing you know, you'll be hucking yourself out of a helicopter to do your stuff on camera.
Jonny Moseley: Mad Trix mixes in a heavy dose of realism with a serious dose of fiction. While Big Mountain mode sends you to places like Alaska and Everest, the slope-style courses are built into outrageous city environments such as snowed-in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Machu Picchu. Choose between pro free skiers like Jonny Moseley and Tanner Hall, or a handful of outrageous fictional characters.

awesome if you like skiing this is the game for you
Decent graphics, decent music, all-in-all a great game I can't really say that Might and Magic is actually similar to this game, but if you liked the other Heroes of Might and Magic games, you should like this one. The old Mac game 'King's Bounty' was basically the direct predecessor of the Heroes games... Heroes III encompasses all the old creature names, etc., and concepts (MP, HP, Exp., etc.) Retrospectively, Heroes III is essentially a glorified version of its predecessors... spectacular animations, decent music(adding a great environment to the world) and an enhanced interface, allowing you to manipulate your heroes and empire even more. For a new gamer, it takes a while to learn all the functions; I myself am still learning new features. You can try and perfect your strategy in a Hotseat game(playing with other human/computer players on the same computer), Online Multiplayer Game(play against other human/computer players on-line), a regular campaign game, or one of the many scenarios.
Addictive This game is one you just can't leave alone. You sit down to play for a quick half hour - 2 or 3 hours later you wonder where the time went. So if your in a rush to go anywhere - LEAVE IT ALONE!!!
An old classic, but never boring! This fantasy game with add ons is an incredible deal at this price. There are hundreds aof game play hours in this single cd. It combines the elements of rpg gaming with military strategy and tactics. It even is a simulation of sorts, as you must build different buildings in your towns in order to research and get different miltary units. This is one of the best entertaining games around, and one you will keep on your hard drive to come back to again an again, next week, next month, next year.
One serious problem Well, be careful guys. Although it's quite classic, its performance under XP is rather uncertain. One of serious problem is it might display abnormally.
