Zergwatch: ReviewKeith and Barton know how to write a hints and solutions book. By offering a range of hints for each situation you face--from the faintest clue to dead giveaways--they let you choose just how much help you want. (Make sure you read the introductory section, "Using This Book.") Aside from the hints, the book features interesting information on the history of the Titanic, a discussion of some lingering mysteries of the disaster, and even a chapter on scientific theories of real-time travel--a fundamental aspect of the game.

Don't Give Up on the Game! Get This Book! I was so excited when I found this book! I was stuck at a point in the game "Titanic Adventure Out of Time," and I wanted to continue because the game is so much fun and so intriguing. When I received this book, I was surprised how far I had gotten without it (to the point where I had to find the notebook). The book gave me all the hints I needed to solve the game, and I didn't even need to look at the chapter "All Revealed". The book has the following chapters: characters, equipment, navigation, Fictional Walkthrough, Hints and Tips, History, World of If (a look at the possibility of time travel), Glossary of Nautical Terms, Hints and Tips-All Revealed, Puzzle Solutions, and appendixes. It also includes screen photos. It is not just a guide for solving a game, but a nice little historical and scientific study as well. My advice is to try the game without any help until you reach a point when you do not know what to do next and are just wandering around (sometimes talking with characters, especially Penny Pringle, can help you figure out your next move). Once you reach that point, consult the Hints and Tips chapter so you can move onto the next stage. Only consult the "All Revealed" chapter as a last resort (as I mentioned before, I didn't need that chapter to solve the game). Someone asked about the doll in Sasha's room. Here's just a hint, so if you don't want one, don't read on: the numbers on the small dials must add up to equal the number on the outside dial (12, 15, 4, 19). I figured it out by trial and error. It's describing well!!! This book is good. You can easily beat the game. Also all walkthrough information was nice. However map pictures are not good. Anyway it's perfect book with the game. Add a Review

STTNG:BotF falls short in most categories I only give this book three stars because the information contained within is mostly things thatyou would already know about; how to explore a galaxy? Come on! My 2-year old could figure that out. Yet they give it 17 pages (Stellar Cartography, Ch. 7 and Exploration, Ch. 8) which is just stuff that you already know, if you've played this game. The book is about 50% full of charts giving you specific info on each and every structure in the game. That does help a little. Also, the Tactical Combat chapters and the Production chapters will give you some good insight into how best to proceed in each area. And that's about it. I was upset because I don't think I got my money's worth with this product. If it was only 9.99, I think I would have. But not for 17.99. Add a Review

Good for singleplay... a waste of money for multi. I tend to buy the strategy guides, more than anything else, to build up my multiplayer game for Xbox Live. I want to learn the intricacies of different maps, learn where weapons and power-ups are, and compare the loadouts available in multiplayer.
Unfortunately, the multiplayer coverage in this book is pretty limp... a footnote, at the end of the book. The maps in this book are micro-sized. The authors don't give any real tips for individual maps. They do have a few interesting tips, but not enough to justify buying this book.
I usually expect much better from Bradygames... their books have given me a powerful advantage with other titles. But the strategy guide for COD3 is just not worth purchasing. Move on to something else. Add a Review
Zergwatch: ReviewOK, so this isn't your typical computer game, and it certainly isn't the sort of software you'd expect to have its own "strategy guide." But be that as it may, Lego Creator is a pretty slick title that offers kids (and adults, we have to admit) the chance to playwith a virtual Lego set right on the computer monitor. Think of it: you can build anything your little heart desires with over 300 computerized Lego bricks and dozens of vehicles and buildings. BradyGames' guide to Lego Creator offers 24 projects that you can build with the software, along with a gallery of creations sent in by some die-hard Lego fans the world over. The book also offers some tips for using your computer-generated designs as blueprints for building projects out of your real-life Lego bricks. Essentially, this little book can help you and your kids get the most out of a pretty cool piece of software (and it will even show how to build a Lego whale). --Michael Ryan
