choppin off heads ok this has got to be the most violent game ever made its really bad starting with your first kill using a shopping bag and beating people with a bat while they ocaisionaly beg you to stop, and eventualy you get worse weapons including a wire which allows you to cut off your enemes head but be advised that later in the game you do kill cops using those weapons so if your a weak minded idiot who thinks they should try everything they see in a video game should not play this
overall this is a really fun game and i would give thereplay value a 4 out of 5

REVIEW
Hitman is better I bought this game for my fiance for Christmas because we love playing Hitman. The graphics are disappointing and there is a special effect that fuzzes out the screen with kind of a scratching sound...very distracting.I would recommend the Hitman Trilogy over this game. Don't buy it.
The sequel to Rockstar's sinister action game about a man who wakes up in a living nightmare where he is being stalked for sport and must sneak through the shadows and kill by whatever means he can devise in order to fight his way out. The sequel picks up with a new lead character, new gangs, a new storyline with gruesome twists and turns, and much more. The urban horrors of Cancer City are gone. Manhunt 2 takes place in a dark, shadowy, asylum filled with dark realities and psychological turmoil. Danny and Leo were subjects in a diabolical experiment that had gone wrong. They were the only two survivors. The game starts in a dingy asylum. You're Danny and your goal is to escape and let no one stand in your way - guards, inmates, nurses, doctors - are all enemies. Can you? Leo talk to Danny throughout the entire escape. There are questions about Danny's sanity but you don't have enough time to consider it as he rampages through the 'hospital' killing his way from one level to the next. He is, of course, relentlessly pursued by a group of viscous hunters who will also stop at nothing to finish Danny off. Actively pursued, the hunted Danny Lamb must tackle his way out of a nightmare wherethe stakes are as real as they are dangerous. While the core gameplay is still sneaking, shooting, and performing stealth attacks, there are a number of new options available for players in this exciting new version that's ripe and ready for the Wii. It's bound to be a major hit with Wii owners. Like the original Manhunt, Manhunt 2 isn't for the faint-hearted ( ESRB rating is M for Mature). Death scenes are particularly gruesome, gory and bloody. Improved AI and advanced graphics make the game seem more realistic. Coupled with an eery soundtrack and sensational audio effects, Manhunt 2 is a sure-fire sequel for fans in search for frenzied action, explosive gameplay, and pulse-tingling adventure.
REVIEW
Manhunt 2 I picked this game up a while back for the Wii, without renting it. Big mistake. This game lacks in just about every aspect possible.
First off, the controls are not that responsive and at times, the character would stop and look as if he were being cautious and the only way to break that was to shake my controller, causing me to swing my weapon. This caused me to give away my location. Being that stealth is a big part of this game, this was a major problem. Combat was pretty flawed. You'll find yourself swinging the controller and getting no response. The stealth kills are not anything to make a big deal about, which seemed to be one of the game's selling points. For the Wii, they were all edited out and they make no sense. Even if they had not been edited, it would not have made this game the least bit more enjoyable. Now don't get me wrong. I am a big fan of horror/gore, but I would not put up with this game's horrible gameplay for some petty gore.
Secondly, the graphics were horrible. I felt like i was looking at a badly made Playstation 2 game. It looks like they just went with the bare minimum on this game. I felt like I kept wandering off of the map to the places that were neglected by developers.
I can't fully comment on the story of the game, being that I never finished, but what I did encounter of the story was just not captivating. It did not suck me in at all. Escape from a mental institution, kill bad guys while trying to regain your memory, hide from more bad guys, and then, kill them! Hooray!
It feels like they were just trying to push the envelope with this game, not actually make a quality product. I'd be ashamed to have created such a game. They can't blame it on having to edit the game either because there are plenty of other elements that hold this game back. Stay away from this game unless you just like killing people. And that's when I would recommend therapy.

REVIEW
Simply the best game I've ever played There is a movement going on in the world of video gaming, those of us who absolutely cherish the 'Manhunt' title are doing whatever we can to convince Rockstar to make a sequel to this game!!! It's been out for a few years, and I know it was a hit when it first came out, so instead of wasting time with more dumb GTA titles, can we please get our sequel? There is numerous web-sites dedicated to this 'movement' , they talk about petitions, phone-calls, you name it, fans of this game are willing to do it. I believe one person went so far as to try and get to the head execs at Rockstar headquarters, but his message apparently fell on deaf ears.
Alot of fans feel the reason no sequel has been discussed is all the controversy that first appeared upon the games initial release. I have a hard time believing this, while I agree this game is sick and twisted and extremely violent, it's nothing we haven't seen before in any of the GTA or Resident Evil titles. If anyone takes this game to serious and causes any problems then blame the individual, not the game.
Okay, enough preaching, let's chat about this amazing game. No game I've ever played kept me more entertained, excited, and shaking my head in disbelief then 'Manhunt'. While I agree it is a tad slow and deliberate, the patience and persistence you need to play this only adds to the enjoyment. It's nice to have a game when you can use stealth instead of mass-murdering, when you use patience and planning istead of running head-on intothe crowd and start hacking everything in sight. I also liked the way the game gets much harder the farther you advance, at first the beginning levels are rather easy, but as you hit level after level (there are 20) the game gets more intense and much more violent. Another big plus is you can control the severity of the kill, you can make it quick and mildly painfull, or make it gruesome and gory.
I have never been a huge fan of 'bosses' those games when you finish a level, but at the end there is some ultra-tough boss that takes an extreme amount of damage to destroy. With 'Manhunt' you don't get that, it's just gang member after gang member coming after you, all with different weapons that vary in inflicting damage on you. I have played and finished all the GTA games as well as the Resident Evil titles, and don't get me wrong, those are fun games (except Vice City, what a waste of time) but after playing 'Manhunt' and completing it some 15 times now, it amazed me how much those other games were lacking. For pure suspense, there is none better!!!!!!
Brian Cox supplies the voice of Starkweather, the main man in control of the whole game. You talk about a perfect fit, his voice is chilling yet comical at times, forcefull through most of the game, then pathetic and begging at the end. Cox absolutely nailed this, and heres hoping that if we ever get a sequel, his voice will again be behind it. So while I'm not gung-ho with the petition, etc, etc. I figure the more I can make people aware of this sensational game, then the more apt they will be to play it and buy it, maybe that will get Rockstar's attention.

A decent, gory romp on your PSP Manhunt 2 by Rockstar Games is a perfectly serviceable adventure game that holds up very well on the PSP. As the game strongly advises from the onset - be sure to play these games with headphones on and preferably in a darkened environment. To do so otherwise greatly diminishes the expertly crafted mood and atmosphere that truly is the best thing about this title. As for the gameplay itself Manhunt2 is a decent, but not great, adventure romp that most players should be able to complete in 10 hours or so. The game spans 15 episodic chapters (with 1 bonus chapter unlocked after completion) that delves into the character and story of Nathan Lamb, a man with no clue as to his past and present state locked up in a psychiatric ward. Graphically, the heavily grained and filtered visual style looks really sharp on the PSP and the audio is wonderfully layered with some excellent effects and a truly magnificent ambient score.

REVIEW
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you James Earl Cash. By this point, it's safe to say that Rockstar Games in general -- and Rockstar North in particular -- will be known for all time as the makers of the hugely popular Grand Theft Auto games. Nothing wrong with that; I happen to love GTA, and I probably always will. But that doesn't mean they can't do something different every once in a while.
And believe me, friend, this is something COMPLETELY different.
James Earl Cash, a death row inmate, is set to be executed...and he is. No, wait; he isn't. He's tranquilized by the corrupt staff and his life bought by a man named Lionel Starkweather, to be the "star" of the latest MANHUNT, a lethal bloodsport/snuff film where Cash must fight to survive against murderous gangs out to kill him on sight. So while it has shades of survival horror games like RESIDENT EVIL, or stealth games like METAL GEAR SOLID, this is a whole different beast. You can't survive a fight against massed numbers; you have to be quick, quiet, and utterly ruthless, and strike from the shadows.
Weapons are like nothing you've ever seen, ranging from the conventional to the brutal to the inconsequential. They're arranged in four color-coded categories. GREEN weapons are completely silent, one-handed affairs, but they're used up after a single use, and they include such everyday items as a plastic bag or a glass shard. YELLOW weapons are more useful as lures; you throw them to draw a hunter into a trap, and they include such simple things as bricks, bottles, or cans. BLUE weapons aren't as quiet as greens, but can be reused, and are more varied; a hand axe, a scythe, a crowbar, handguns, etc. RED weapons are two-handed, and are the most powerful and brutal in the game; metal baseball bats, rifles, you get the idea. You can only carry one of each class of weapon, so you'll have to choose carefully, depending on the situation.
Carcer City itself is a very different animal from the other cities in the GTA games. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be Detroit, but you can forget thinking you'll be on foot in a place similar to Liberty City. Carcer is a decaying metropolis; nearly every level takes place in a location that's been closed down and abandoned. City blocks, shopping malls, apartment complexes, you name it; they're all dark, shadowy, and rotting, sprayed with graffitti, festooned with garbage, but far from being empty. In fact, they're literally pulsing with menace and dread.
The gangs of hunters you'll face are psychotic in their own way, and barely human. Hoods, Skinz, Wardogs, Innocentz, Smileys...they're all more animal than man, and they need to be put down like the rabid dogs they are. Even the corrupt Carcer City police and Starkweather's personal guard, the Cerberus, will be lining up against you. And with the weapons you'll acquire, you'll be able to take them down in some very imaginative and gruesome ways.
That's not to say the game doesn't have its occasional flaws, however. One of the most glaring being: precisely what was it Cash did that got him on death row? Did he actually do it, or was he set up by Starkweather? Not knowing these things made it a little harder for me to be able to sympathize with him, unlike Tommy Vercetti or Carl Johnson. In fact, Cash is such a walking cypher that he'sonly a few steps above the mute protagonist of GTA3; he actually speaks, and you know his name, but that's about it. And while one mission introduces two men and two women identified as his family, they're never named, and we never learn just HOW they're related to him. Are they his brothers and sisters? Cousins? We never know.
But in spite of all that, this is still a harrowing, thrilling game. It's long been a habit of mine to compare a game to movies I find similar if I were to explain it to someone else. And in this case, I'd have to say if you took the blighted urban landscape of ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK, the death-as-a-game-show aspect of THE RUNNING MAN, the gangs of human jackals from THE WARRIORS, the depths of human depravity you'd find in SAW, and combined it all with the absolute, inhuman garbage you'd find on most of today's reality TV game shows, you'd find MANHUNT staring right back at you just seconds before it plunges a glass shard into your eyes.
The Pickman Project will stop at nothing to protect their dark secrets. You must kill to survive. This guide is your ticket out of Dixmor Hospital for the Criminally Insane--and the violence that surrounds you wherever you go.

REVIEW
The Ideal Horror Game After I finished playing this game, i can honestly say it was one of the few games i've played that was truly scary. It has all of the perfect elements of a good horror game. A big part of the gameplay is just walking around the prison and hearing all the terrifying screams of other inmates and guards being killed off. The Suffering makes you use your imagination, rather than having endless monsters run right up to you, whitch i think is a must for any horror game. You'll turn corners and see a body being pulled up into a ventilation shaft by something you see only a glimpse of, stuff like that.
Once you get a ways into the game, it basically reverts to a regular third person shooter for the most part. You also have the option to make your character, who calls himself "Torque" into a good guy, or bad guy based on several decisions you make throughout the game. I think what really makes this game is the environment. While in the prison, the light are always on the verge of going out, and sometimes do, leaving you to make do with either your flashlight, or a low supply of flares. When this happens, the game is at it's best. This game is rated "M" for a reason, there is a ton of blood and gore, some language, and a plot that involes the brutal murderof his family. Anyone looking for a dark, twisted game that is bound to scare the hell out of you at least a couple of times, then this game is for you.

Life at the academy The story follows Jimmy Hopkins, a teenager who's been expelled from every school he's ever attended. Left to fend for himself after his mother abandons him at Bullworth to go on her fifth honeymoon, Jimmy has a whole year at Bullworth ahead of him, working his way up the social ladder of this demented institution of supposed learning, standing up for what he thinks is right and taking on the liars, cheats and snobs who are the most popular members of the student body and faculty. If Jimmy can survive the school year and outsmart his rivals, he could rule the school.
Using the "living sandbox" game style similar to Rockstar's previous titles, players complete goals and experiment with items in the game world. A rival may dare you to drop a firecracker into a toilet or scare some sense into the kid who took your lunch money. Don't spend too much time roaming the halls, however, as you may actually be punished for skipping out on important classes. Choices you make outside of school will also impact how friends and foes in the school view you after you buy new clothes and sport a new haircut.
Mini games abound Bullworth Academy pride themselves in rigidly sticking to the curriculum at all times, to this end consistent truancy will result in punishment. The esteemed staff of the Academy, though occasionally questionable in their recreational habits, ensure that the pupils have a firm grounding in the key academic subjects. Alongside the strict principals of loyalty, trust and ruthless ambition that are ingrained in every pupil in the academy by the principal Dr Crabblesnitch, core subjects include English, Gym, Shop Class,Photography, Art and Chemistry. Each subject comprises a series of five tests to be passed with flying colors. Of course on passing each test a due reward, in the form of gameplay features will be earned by the player. Bullworth Academy's educational system is provided through a host of exciting and innovative mini games lovingly developed by Rockstar Vancouver to accompany the main storyline of Bully.
Do a double clique Just like any other crumbling prep school, Bullworth Academy has its cliques. You'll have to choose whether to side with football jocks, well-dressed preppies, or try to turn them against each other while you laugh at the antics with your fellow greasers. Clique membership becomes even more exciting as your clique rises to the head of the class- making a name for themselves and striking fear into the hearts of those who might cross you. Don't be surprised if some cliques offer up some surprises, as those bug-eyed nerds just may have the scientific know how to create weaponry that can keep those bullies at bay.
Ready yourself for a hilarious return to campus living with Bully, the outrageously funny debut title from Rockstar Vancouver, available exclusively for PlayStation2 computer entertainment system.

Bully I bought this game for my sons for a second time! They played it so much that it was destroyed...
In Resident Evil 4 you'll know a new type of horror, as the classic survival-horror action returns with all-new characters, controls and storylines. We last saw Leon S. Kennedy in Resident Evil 2 - a rookie cop in Raccoon City, fighting to stay alive. That was six years ago. Since then, government forces have managed to control the zombie threat and Leon has become a Federal agent. When the President's daughter is kidnapped, Leon tracks her to a remote, hidden fortress in Europe - where he'll relive the horror he faced six years before. Players will face never-before-seen enemies that make Nemesis seem like a kitten. You'll be wishing for the usual Resident Evil zombies!
