So much fun!! I've had this game since it was released. It is a REALLY fun game that reminds me of my middle school days of Super Mario Brothers. Once you get used to using the Wii controllers for this type of game, it's really easy for anyone to play. The graphics are incredible and the musical score is truly impressive. It still amazes me how much depth this game has. Even my husband and I will play this game together when we get to difficult rounds.
Beware that this is NOT a party game, just a really great Mario game.

This Game Is Great! Just because a ton of folks heaped praises on Mario Kart before me is not stopping me from tossing in my two cents. This game is fun and addicting! It is a must purchase to add to your DS game collection.
The graphics are a blast, the sound effects are quite complimentary to the game atmosphere, and the game play is all consuming.

A bit hard for younger kids, not really E for everyone We received the game and my husband and Istruggled with it, it doesn't have clear instructions on how to manipulate the controllers for effective game playing. Our son who is 5 definitely can't play it at all, the games are much too hard. Otherwise, it is fun.

my all time favorite, a must have the whole reason i bought the ds, i literally played this game every night before bed and would not put it down until i beat an entire world. modern adaptation of a classic, with new enemies to conquer and koopas to defeat. highest recommendation for mario fans young and old alike.
You'd think years of defeat would get to a guy, but Bowser just doesn't give up! He's captured Mario and his friends in his pursuit of a crystal that the group collected when it fell from the sky, and he doesn't hesitate to shrink them to miniature size to get rid of them and get his hands on the other four crystals. The mini-heroes have to find the crystals before he does, making their way through giant environments filled with enormous creatures. The single-player campaign takes place in five different settings, each of them ending with a boss. As usual, players have to collect coins and stars, at the same time escaping dangers such as Piranha Plants and other classic creatures from the Mario universe. As they progress through the game, players also can unlock various mini-games, such as Rail Riders, Sweet Sleuth and Goomba Wrangler! When players are tired of exploring the story mode, they can choose one of the other modes, like Puzzle and Minigame. Play with up to four friends on the DS' local Wi-Fi and let the party begin! Mario hits and Mario scores. this game is super Mario fun, and I love the characters the super swings the super piches, the last second point and everything about It. But, it's realy hard to do a charge swing because you have to do a perfect hit, at a perfect time and pray that you don't get a out and get a home run. Also, the challenge kinda sucks; you have to find characters and do a scout mission to unlock them and then face Bowser Jr. to unlock the baseball field. But, I will say you should get it for hours of fun.

Love it,even for adults-highly recommend for multi-player fun! So, I am not a hard core gamer. I used to own a Nintendo NES, and we have a PS3, but I must admit it's for Blu-Ray use. The Wii provides a sufficient amount of challenge without a discouraging complexity for us "nomn-gamers". We LOVED this game! The sound and landscape and responsiveness of the wheel are awesome! We laughed and played several times. A great time, for all ages with different levels and challenges, but easy enough to have a good time!

What about Mario Party 8? The videogames has a normal level of fun, my only complain it's about the languages, it just have english option, and there's always text, you can't hear the voices.
WONDERFUL!! I absolutely love this game!! I have played all the games in the Paper Mario series, and this one is just as good as the others. It will have you enjoying yourself, scratching your head in confusion, and absolutely laughing out loud. The gameplay is easy to get used to, the storyline lovely (how does Nintendo keep coming up with storylines!? You'd think they'd run out of ideas), and the text part of the game is clever. When I say laughing out loud I mean it too, there are some puns and some parts are just plain silly. This game uses the Wii remote, maybe not as much as some games but it lets you interact more than you would usually be able to in your average video game. All of the Paper Mario games have kept me entertained for hours, I highly recommend all of them and especially this one!!
