Great product! I purchased this product for my 5 yr old daughter and she loves it. She enjoys drawing, painting and writing and this was the perfect gift for her. It was pretty easy to put together. I advise you purchase the deluxe accessory kit along with it. My only grip would be that it is really inconvenient to store so we usually leave it up in our kitchen so that my daughter can play with it whenever she wants. Overall it is a great buy and well worth the price.

Not at all durable Not impressed with this toy. Good concept very poor execution. We have owned this toy about two weeks. Specifically the top color laminate of the letters is falling off about 25% of the letters. The storage box is poorly made with cheap materials. I would not recommend this toy.

2 year old daughter loves her pizza! We bought this toy for my daughter for her second birthday. Two months later.. she still loves it! She knows exactly what her pizza is and loves to "cut" slices from it! It comes with a pizza cuter and a server spoon, but she really only uses the cutter to cut the pizza and picks it up with her hands after that.
There are SO many pieces to this pizza! You have either peppers, mushrooms or pepperoni to top your pizza with.. and there are enough pieces todo one topping, or mix them all up. Each slice gets 3 toppings to it. One thing I do want to mention though is when you first open the toy up.. the paint smell is just overwhelming - a lot of paint is used on the pieces. It disappears the next day, but wow.
Overall, excellent toy. The pizza has been a big hit here and it is extremely durable - love the wooden toys. Highly recommend this pizza kit to any child!

Nice set I bought this companion set along with the easel for my granddaughter. When I opened it I discovered that one of the paint bottles had broken during shipment and half the blue paint was outside of the bottle - what a mess. Also, when I opened the chalk it broke easily - before I ever gave it to my granddaughter to use. The paint pots are very sturdy and should work very well. It comes with only one white board marker, so I'll have to purchase more colors separately. I also had to purchase a paint smock and drop cloth separately. I'm sure my granddaughter will enjoy it when I give it to her for Christmas.

good stuff Good food set, a million times better than the plastic food. I bought this along with the Melissa and Doug Pizza set and so if you only want one set I would go with the pizza set as my girls play with that way more than this but it is well made and the velcro is awesome. Definetly worth it and a great addition to the play kitchen.

Disappointed I love Melissa and Doug products, but lately they have not included their usual plastic sliding lid over their products. This makes storing this stamp set much more difficult. We have the dinosaur stamp set which has the cover and nothing falls out of it. I wish they would return to including the cover!

Love it!!! My daughter (3 years old) got this for her birthday. It was a big hit! All the kids loved playing with it. Even some of the parents were trying it out.
The cones are made of wood--so they're heavy and if you drop it on your toes, watch out! But the ice cream itself is a lightweight, very durable plastic.
I would highly recommend this product to any kids. I'm thinking of purchasing a second set just for when friends come over, that way they can each have a cone!
One thing I would like to recommend to the Melissa and Doug company, is for them to come out with a "Ice cream parlour 2" set. Maybe some more ice cream scoop flavors (orange sherbet,berry swirl, etc) or just extra cones. Even just a set of extra ice cream would be nice. Overall, it's a great set. Very good quality, as is all the Melissa & Doug toys we've bought. Your kids will love it!

Perfect For Mommy's Little Helpers!! We have a play kitchen but, did not have any play food. I wanted something durable and not the cheaper plastic that eventually would end up in the trash. I had originally purchased this for my daughter's birthday but, when it came it looked too fun to wait!! Even my sons (aged 8 & 4 1/2) have gotten in on the cookie making action. Great, durable toy that helps them use their imagination.
