| REVIEW | A terrible movie I happened to watch this movie on a transatlantic flight. If I had paid money to see it in a theater I would have asked for my money back.
The premise is clever but all else is totally stupid: bullets flying everywhere, someone hit by a car, things blowing up. Nobody gets hurt.
An unfortunate showcase for two "beautiful people". |

| REVIEW | RIPLEY'S 'BELIEVE IT OR NOT' It would take pages to adequately describe this highly imaginative, provocative film.Suffice to say what this reviewer sees is an excellent piece of work by Law and Damon. augmented by a good supporting cast.Damon certainly gets more than he bargained for in trying to bring the fun loving,bi- sexual Law back to New York to see his reputable father. Damon becomes homosexuallly engaged with Law, a man who's already lost a drowned, pregnant mistress and is now engaged to Paltrow. All of Damon's tricks-imitations, false flattery, blatant lying- go for naught as Law reveals that Damon is little more than a bore,a hanger onner with no depth.A fight breaks out and Damon kills Law, and later Law's friend from Princeton, who's able to see right through Damon. A third murder is barely averted by chance and the police are closing in when Law's father arrives from New York with full evidence of his son's past guilt and odd behavior, thus setting Damon free with some of Law's inheritance.Free to live a life of guilt, loneliness, and suspicion of Paltrow, Law's former fiance'. It's a movie well worth seeing, even though one finds it a bit confusing at times. |

| REVIEW | Heavan Knows, Mr Allison This is one of my favorite movies - time is not an issue. It is about a nun stranded on an island that Japanese have been and left. Mr. Allison
is Robert Mitchum, a marine, who washes ashore. They become friends and the Japanese come back. They hide in a cave with Mr. Allison looking for
food at night. All turns out well and they part to go on their own path. |

| REVIEW | There are better comedies out there than this Adam Sandler was one of those actors who you can just love. I loved him in 50 First Dates and Click for instance. In some of his movies, he's just plain irritating, and not funny. He's in the middle-ish in Mr Deeds.
Mr Deeds is a quaint little movie, featuring Adam as Longfellow Deeds, a guy from a little town (which he's never left), who writes greeting cards poems, and continuously gets rejected by Hallmark. From someone who works with greeting cards, they could have been suitable! He inherits $40 billion, a shocking amount which would make anyone go on a shopping spree, but at the same time, Deeds has his feet firmly on the ground. The amount doesn't phase him in the slightest.
Featuring a host of stars from Peter Gallagher, to Winona Ryder, John Turturro, to Steve Buscemi, and more familiar faces, the stars manage to keep the film upright, and watchable. Yes it's almost instantly forgettable (apart from the character Steve Buscemi plays) as soon as the credits start rolling, and it's typical Adam Sandler nonsensical trash, but at the same time, it's alright. It's watchable. And it has its odd funny moments. I just prefer Click & 50First Dates. It shows another side of Adam, apart from the funny, goofy guy. |

| REVIEW | Classic Loved this one. Just classic Bette Davis. I would watch her in any movie. A simple review I know, but what else can be said about Bette Davis?? She's the best! |
