This year, EA and Hasbro teamed up to deliver quality family entertainment for the Wii in the form of several games, including the Littlest Pet Shop for Wii and Nintendo DS.  Parents across the blogosphere are raving about this game.  Moms and Dads have flocked to Amazon and have been giving the game rave reviews.

A pleased mom
I purchased this for my daughter for her 5 year old birthday. She LOVES it. In fact, her seven year old sister can't stop playing it either. I wish they had a feature to allow more than one person to play, because they would be able to play with each other. In any event, it's very cute and easy for the girls to do on their own. The only think I would say is that it's definitely created for this age range. Don't buy it for kids nearing the age of ten, they may be bored silly with it. But if you're looking for an easy game for a child in the 4-8 year old range, I'd say you wouldn't be disappointed.

My daughter's favorite game!
My daughter is 6-1/2 and this is definitely her favorite game. It has enough diversity to keep it interesting and keep her coming back to play it over and over again. I would say the only negative thing is that it is a 1 player game so when she has friends over they have to take turns. No big deal but it would be more fun if they could make their pets intermingle. It is cute enough that my 2-1/2 year old will watch her play it and talk about the pets with her. It's really cute. If your daughter is into the Littlest Pet Shop animals then she will LOVE this game!

perfect game for little girls
This game is so cute and so much fun. I have had fun playing it with my daughtetrs. My 7 year old has been able to figure a lot of it out herself. I have to help my 4 year old get used to some things before she can do them on her own. Her favorite thing to do on her own is dress the pets and feed them. My 7 year old likes every part of this game. This was one of the more expensive games but its worth it (although I wish they were all cheaper)
This is the first game I bought just for them. We just had some family games before and the games that came with the wii. I was so afraid of spending a lot of money on one just for them and then not liking it but after readinbg the great reviews about this one, we decided to go for it. Glad we did, so now we are adding another great review. I don't really have any complaints about it. Now I am anxious to try some other games for them.
