For a publisher so focused on what many still consider to be a niche genre, NCSoft had a huge year in 2008.
They announced a sequel to one of their most popular games, purchased the rights to another, revealed surprise console development plans, and released the first game developed by luminary Richard Garriott in five years. To top it all off NCSoft North America president Robert Garriott (Richard's brother) left his position to work with NCSoft globally.
