A workout for sure! This game will definitely get all your muscles working! Exactly how I thought the running events would be (drumming the nunchuck and the controller). Same for the throwing events, though it does take some time to get the timing down. The archery is pretty cool. Personally I think the diving is the hardest thing to master. First time is a little muddled to figure out how to do split screen, create your own player ect (but then again I never read the book, I just fire it up!)
A good game if you are trapped inside with some friends for a friendly competition!

Kids love this game This was originally for my 10yr. old daughter & 7yr. old son. Once my boyfriend figured out how much fun they were having he couldn't be left out! They really have fun with this game & its a way for them to enjoy time together. There favorite event is the diving & cycling. I would recommend this game.
