Poor quality, poor customer service. I purchased this as a replacement for my "pelican" brand input selector. In short, the image quality of this is worse than the pelican brand and the remote never worked. I sent an e-mail to customer service and was informed that someone would get back to me within 4-6 weeks. Well it has been 5 weeks now and no one has replied. I wish I had returned this right away instead of keeping it.
