Zergwatch:The Wii Nunchuk controller is a secondary controller that adds even more innovation to the next generation of gaming, anddoes it all with less physical movement.
Used in conjunction with the standard Wii remote, certain games need the Nunchuk controller for additional control options. Contoured perfectly to fit a player's hand,

the Nunchuk controller builds on the simplicity of the Wii Remote controller. The Nunchuk contains the same three-axis motion sensor found in the Wii Remote, but also includes an analog stick, and two buttons to help assist in character movement.
Many games will allow you to control your character's movement with the Nunchuk in your left hand, while your right hand is free to execute the action movements with the Wii Remote. For example, the Nunchuk is particularly useful for games like Wii Boxing. You can use the Nunchuk to punch with your weaker hand, while you use the Wii remote to punch and jab with your predominant hand.
Take the fun to the next level with two-handed control of your games. View larger.
In first-person shooters, the Nunchuk controller carries the burden of movement, freeing you to aim and fire using a more natural motion with the Wii Remote. In a football game, you can make your quarterback elusive with the Nunchuk controller while you search for an open receiver to throw to using the Wii Remote. Serious gamers may even want to use two Nunchuk controllers to gain a fierce competitive edge.
Because the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers are only relatively dependent on each other, players are free to hold them in whichever hand is most comfortable. Perfectly suitable for either right or left-hand use, the Wii Nunchuk controller grants accessibility not often seen in previous game controllers.
Also, the Nunchuk controller doesn't need its own power--it plugs into the Wii Remote controller when it's in use. So there's no need to worry about charging or replacing expensive batteries.
Adding a Nunchuk to your Wii system will definitely help you open the doors to the next level of gaming, and seriously step up performance. Just be careful not to knock out your significant other, or bruise the dog, severely, while using one, or two Nunchuk controllers.

Playstation 3's Blu-Ray Disc Remote is an elegant, sleekly designed controller for enjoying Blu-Ray discs on your PS3. The ergonomic design feels good in your hand and the Bluetooth connection lets you operate with no lag time. Features all the standard DVD remote functions: Chapter display/select A-B Repeat One-Touch Menu Control
Solid remote for viewing videos with some minor annoyances The remote works as described. Yes, it has far too many buttons than I think it needs to have but it does the job. I like that since it's Bluetooth you really don't have to point it at the PS3. The only thing I wish is that it had a power button on it since I have kids, if I forget and leave it out, an accidentally button press turns on the PS3.

V-E-R-Y SMALL This game is great for kids, but I'm an adult. I want Mario back, the way I used to play the game in the 80's. My sons got me hooked on that game and I used to get up early to play before going to work, and I used to hope my sons were doing something else in the evening so I could play. Finally I just went to buy my own. I really wanted a Wii when I bought this, but it's way too expensive. I'm retired now, so I live on a budget. However, that still doesn't stop me from loving Mario. I can just imagine what it is like to play the game on a Wii.
Nyko's Charge Station for Wii is a great wayto save money on batteries. This dock features twin rechargeable battery packs for the Wii Remote -- just connect the Wii Remotes and let them sit until you're ready to play. Charges two Wiimotes at once.
Great! This is a great product! It definitely saves a lot on batteries. I get quite a lot of playing time before I need to charge the remote again.
There are just two things I would suggest. 1) If you could make it a little easier to take out the charge packs? 2) It would be great if there were different colors available.
Ifyou don't have this game ........get it... its worth it So GTA4 finally came in lastnight and i finally got time to play it today. i must say for someone that hasn't played any of the previous GTAs i was really blown away. i only had like an hour to play this game today (try playing this game with a 1 year old running around) but within that 1 hour i was already hooked. the cut scenes were really nice i think niko's cousin roman is kinda annoying but thats his character. i really need to sit down for a few hours and actually play this game. i am not a serious gamer so i think i won't be breezing through this game anytime soon. at time during the free roaming i found myself just stopping right in the middle of the street and just looking at all the detail this game has. the driving i still got to get use to, i mean i ran over quite a few people haha. but i know once i get to play a little more it will be alright. really do think this game is just crazy good. the detail alone in the graphics and what u can do in the city is reason enough to get this game. if u don't have it .... go get it .. its worth it

The lightweight material assures that equipment isn't a heavy burden on your arms so that you may enjoy a lengthier playing time without tiring as quickly. Fun for all Adding these to the Wii made the games much more fun for us to play. We really get into the fun and are getting a nice workout in some spare time while having fun as well.

Super Mario rides again I love this game! It isn't too difficult although my six year old niece had trouble with it. This one was just as much fun as the one for the 64 but it was easier for me. I got all but 5 of the 120 stars to collect in the game. The hardest parts for me were controlling the manta ray when you are ray-surfing. I kept falling off the water and controlling the ball Mario stands on was a bit difficult for me but both I think are due to the fact that I don't have a steady hand.
Mario transforms into a bee which is too cute, Boo (the lovable ghost), and a spring. I don't recall if there were any other transformations and seeing as I rented this game to decide whether or not to buy it I can't check. But I love the fact that they brought back the Fire Flower from Mario's 80's hayday.Another addition is the Ice Flower which allows you to freeze water while walking on it as well as other water sources. You still collect coins but also collect Star Bits which allow you to feed Hungry Lumas which in turn transform into other things such as new planets and if you get 50 you earn an extra life. They also put a bit of the old music from the very first Mario game into this one which gives it a nostalgic feel. One thing I would've been absolutely thrilled with is if they had put a mushroom in that transformed Mario into the Raccoon from Super Mario Bros. 3. I loved the Raccoon Suit from that game. All in all, I would definitely buy this game. It isn't one of the cheapest games available for the Wii but considering I've spent upwards of $[...] on games for my N64 $[...] isn't that bad.
Zergwatch:Adding to Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, the epic saga continues with Halo 3, the amazingly anticipated sequel to the highly successful and critically acclaimed Halo franchise. Game developer Bungie announced that Halo 3 will be released for Microsoft's Xbox 360 sometime in 2007. The game was revealed to the world at the Microsoft press conference held at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, CA in May 2006. To gamer's delight, the announcement was a complete surprise. The rumors have been abound for the past year, as everyone wondered when the next installment would be ready. Bungie and Microsoft did a stellar job keeping their lips sealed, and fans benefited from their first glimpse of the hallowed third and final installment.
The short presentation was delivered in real-time on the Xbox 360 using the current version of the Halo 3 game engine. That's right, no studio production video, Bungie and Microsoft delivered the real deal: what they showed at the announcement is what gamers will see when they play Halo 3 in 2007. The HDR lighting, self-shadowing, GPU-run particle system and many other effects are rumored to show up in full effect in the final game. Needless to say, thegaming community is salivating.
CJ Cowan, Bungie's director of cinematics discussed one of the most startling moments of the presentation: the return of Cortana. "Given the variety of character and story arcs at the end of Halo 2, we wanted to boil down our announcement to a few key threads. Cortana and the Chief being a galaxy apart is a situation we haven't seen before, and is something that is a powerful component to Halo 3. We are using her transmissions in the demo to give the viewer a few subtle clues to her situation and state of mind, without revealing any specifics we want to save for the game itself."
Graphically, the game closely follows in the tradition of Halo 2, although it has been upgraded to take advantage of the Xbox 360's more prodigious visual abilities. As art direct Marcus Lehto explained, "[The presentation] was intended to be an understated announcement of Halo 3 -- the tone is that of mystery and suspense -- the calm before the storm. I wanted to make sure that we reintroduced the Chief, showed that Earth was thoroughly conquered, with Covenant everywhere, andthat there is a glorious, ancient artifact buried under the Earth's crust which will provide Halo 3 with the epic journey which we all want."
Taking full advantage of the power of Xbox 360, Halo 3 expands on everything that has made the franchise great, adding a wealth of technical and gameplay advancements. The game design has evolved with next-generation, high-definition visuals, enhanced A.I., an advanced real-time lighting engine, and, of course, new weapons, characters, and challenges. Halo 3 promises an unparalleled first-person shooter experience and, in the end, the most compelling and engrossing story in the franchise's history. Last, but certainly not least, Halo 3 builds upon the unique social multiplayer experience and innovative, evolving online gameplay of Halo 2. Rest assured, you'll still be able to run with your clan and battle with (or against) your buddies from coast to coast.
COD4 is much better. Pick it up instead. I was not too impressed with this game after the dust settled. I haven't touched it once since I got COD4. Honestly if I compare this to COD4 I would say halo loses on all fronts fun, online, graphics. I just fell for all the hype of halo and I liked the first one, this one is a lot better than part 2 though.
