Looks pretty but little practicality Please note that this is a review for the Bluetek brand of remote slip. The actual item looks near-identical to the supplied picture, but clarification of brands is needed on the item listing.
I actually got this as a gift for Christmas. While it looks quite attractive once on and feels nice to touch, it is so difficult to put on the remote that it actually suffered a small tear. This became even larger upon removing it to replace the batteries, and I'm now the owner of a cheap, junky cover that looks horrible. I take care of my consoles and equipment, but the torn sleeve makes it look like I don't care about my remotes. Because of this I'm ashamed to use it in public, and I feel too guilty to throw away a gift that didn't even last one hour.
Of the little time I had with the sleeve looking (semi)decent, the D-pad was stiff and near unusable, and the home, + and - buttons were completely inaccessible without use of major force.
Feels nice, looks nice if you can get it on without trouble, but not worth the time, effort or money. Avoid. Add a Review
