2.  All content must be well written and be free of grammatical and spelling errors.  The article topic must be in some way related to video games, video game culture or the video game industry.   We do not accept articles that are over opinionated, vulgar, inflammatory, inaccurate or unsubstantiated.  

3. Content must be created by you.  There are no exceptions.  You may quote sources provided you credit the sources appropriately.   Always cite sources and if possible provide URL's to the sources as a professional courtesy to the works original owner.

4.  Content must not be overly self promoting.   If you are submitting a press release, please be sure that the press release is informative, descriptive and has a neutral tone. 

Guidelines for Social Bookmarking

 If you wish to add social bookmarks to a news item on another website, please use the Social Bookmarks category only.  When posting a social bookmark, cite the source URL, source author and create your own title and descriptions of that article. Do not create a social bookmark that simply quotes the article being bookmarked.

• Game Reviews, Opinions & Commentary: Want to review a new game? Tell people why you hate another game?  Write your own articles with links back to your blog, website or message board.
• Offbeat Gaming Information: We enjoy the offbeat news and opinions gamers have.
• Cheats, Tricks, Walkthroughs: Want to give other gamers a heads up on a new cheat or trick you found?  Anything is welcome.
• Post Top 10 Lists: Do you have a top 10 list you want to share with the world? Zergwatch is a perfect place to do it!
• Gaming Fiction: Yes, we even allow gaming fiction. 
• Anything We Might Have Missed: Just because it's not here, it doesn't mean we don't want to hear about it. You can post anything game related as long as you put it in the right category and it is not complete garbage.  Please enjoy Zergwatch!
